This website is owned and operated by Aram Thinai. Aram Thinai provides this website, including all information, donation platform, software and services available from this website, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices described herein. • Donations are accepted by individuals who are at least 18 years old or legally incorporated entities 

• Donors must be Indian citizen or company incorporated in India 

• Donor must be willing to provide personal information and PAN details for compliance and Income tax filling purposes

Before we can process a donation, you must provide us with your name, address and email address, PAN details, payment details and other details as required in the donation form. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to Razorpay, our payment service provider (or any other payment providers that we use in future) and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Razorpay’s terms and conditions (or any other payment providers that we use in future), which are different from our own, to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation. In case you become aware of unauthorized use of your debit/ credit card or internet banking services, you must notify your card provider. 

The website may contain features and functionality permitting you to publish, upload, post, display or otherwise submit (collectively, “Publish”) certain information, comments and other content that may be viewed by us, the general public and other users of the website. You are responsible for any information, comments or other content Published by you or any person using your computer. Donation, Refund and cancellation policy

• Aram Thinai reserves the right to accept donations from the website through direct bank transfers and payment service providers like Razorpay or any other service provider that we avail in the future. Aram Thinai reserves the right to collect personal information and PAN details from the donots for compliance and Income tax filling purposes. 

• Once you have made a donation or any other monetary contribution, Aram Thinai has the discretion to utilise them in a manner that we seem fit and best suited for the organisation.

• In case of recurring donation set up in Razorpay or any other payment service provider availed by us, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series. By confirming that you wish to proceed with a recurring donation you authorize our payment service provider Razorpay (or any other service provide whom we avail in future) to request funds from your account on the day of each recurring period that you set until further notice.

• No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will not be entertained for donations provided by the donors.
